Sample Funeral Thank You Letters

Writing a sympathy thank you note serves two primary purposes:

1. to show appreciation/gratitude for another person's kindness and thoughtfulness during a difficult time
2. to keep the relationship moving forward

You might also consider including a bereavement verse to acknolwedge the loss.  

Sample Funeral Thank You Notes

Dear Lee,

On behalf of my family and myself, I wanted to thank you for the beautiful flower arrangement you sent.  Your thoughfulness means so much, especially during this difficult time.  Mike really valued your friendship.  Thank you again for extending your support.
